Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited (the “Placement Agent”) with respect to the sale of units of Embassy Office Parks REIT (the “REIT”) by APAC Company XXIII Limited, a Bain affiliate, (the “Seller”) undertaken on the floor of the NSE and BSE. The Seller has sold 26,725,571 units of the REIT by way of unit sales on the screen-based trading of NSE and BSE on August 17, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 1,158.56 crores (approx.).
